“Working with Sunny and the entire Ether team is such an extremely enjoyable and an incredible experience. They understand the organization, its cherished ethos, governing values, background and more importantly the leadership styles of the organization and accordingly bring very original and relevant exercises. Ether Ventures conducted the ' Invictus Leadership Program’ for a team comprising of a very senior executives recently; the content and the approach was truly impeccable that the team found every bit of the program lot more meaningful than many of the class room Leadership Learning sessions.
I’m glad that I came across Ether; I would have deprived my entire organization otherwise, with few stunning and extraordinary experiences that Ether has put us through, all the way! Truly an Invictus unit is Ether Ventures”

" Awareness is the key to success. This offsite helped with creating more awareness about self, current role and environment. Leadership sessions can be preachy – dishing out recipes, haloed ideals and examples of that 99th percentile leader for whom almost everything worked. On the contrary, this camp allowed time to reflect and realize personalized specific learning through simulated setups.
To take one example, the blind-folded tent building was an amazing way to look at few work situations I had faced recently. It summarized and reminded me of a book I read recently. The peer group was awesome – fun and insightful. Good to know newer dimensions of people and newer people too.
Great delivery with the experiential and peer learning pedagogy. Must have demanded lot of homework from Devaiah, Sunny and Sameer. Thanks to you all!
On need: One might even be very aware of the environment but it is easy for you to not sense what is changing with you – with age, with career and life events. Bit of diagnostics are in order."

“I recently took my leadership team to an outbound activity led by Sunny. I should say it was probably one of the best we have attended. Sunny's training style was fantastic; the team bonded very well, developed camaraderie and learnt valuable leadership lessons. Sunny had this capability to make us feel at ease from the beginning thereby creating an environment for everyone of us to open up!
A truly memorable experience...."
